# Scheduler in Yoxel Add-ons

### Share Availability and Schedule Meetings

***

Yoxel’s Outlook and Gmail add-ons provide a convenient way to share your availability directly from an email. Using availability profiles, you can insert a scheduling link, allowing recipients to pick a suitable time for a meeting. Once a time slot is selected, the meeting is automatically created in your calendar.

### Availability Profiles

***

You can create multiple availability profiles, each defining its own scheduling parameters.

Here is what an availability profile defines:

* **Meeting duration** — for example, 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes.
* **Link text** — the text inserted into an email as a hyperlink.
* **Teleconference link** — either a custom link or a standard provider (Google Meet, Microsoft Teams).
* **Work hours or availability** — specific days and time ranges when meetings can be booked with this profile.

### Inserting a Scheduling Link

***

When composing an email in Gmail or Outlook, you can choose one of your profiles and insert its scheduling link. The link appears as a regular hyperlink with the profile’s defined text.

### Booking a Meeting

***

When the recipient clicks the link, they are taken to a calendar view showing your available time slots.\
After selecting a time:

* an event is automatically added to your calendar, and
* the recipient is invited to the meeting.
