It's very easy to create a new lead, contact, opportunity, task, case from Yoxel Mailbox Assistant add-in. Simply click the "plus" button in the main menu you select your option:

The new record creation forms display a compact list of fields: all required fields, along with some commonly used ones. All required fields are automatically derived from your Salesforce page layouts and marked with an asterisk.
