# Activating Yoxel Sync from the add-on

[Yoxel Sync](https://appexchange.salesforce.com/listingDetail?listingId=a0N3000000B38M0EAJ) licensed users can activate the Salesforce sync right from the add-on.

Start syncing by clicking the **‘Sync now’** button.

To see all your sync configuration details, log in to your Salesforce account and navigate to the **‘Yoxel Sync’** tab.\
\
If you’d like to review how to access this tab in your Salesforce interface, check out our guide on [Adding Yoxel Sync tab (Lightning)](https://helpdocs.yoxel.com/yoxel-sync/adding-yoxel-sync-tab-lightning).

\
In the **‘Yoxel’** add-in, some emails, contacts and events may not sync successfully, and it’s important to pay attention to these items to ensure data accuracy.

Review these items in the add-in to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may affect your sync results.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://helpdocs.yoxel.com/yoxel-addons/activating-yoxel-sync-from-the-add-on.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
