The Yoxel Sync AppExchange Listing includes a Salesforce package, CRM sync logic, and addons like the Outlook add-in and Gmail plugin. The change log covers updates, new features, and fixes.

Yoxel Sync AppExchange Listingarrow-up-right consists of the following components:

  1. Salesforce package - provides native Salesforce UI to control the sync and the addin configurations. Also provides Flow action for integrating with Google Spaces and MS Teams.

  2. Sync - CRM Sync logic

  3. Addons - Outlook addin and Gmail plugin (Chrome extension)

Sync & Add-in: New Capabilities

  • Online Meeting Transcript Logging: Automatically log meeting transcripts and AI-generated summaries (for supported licenses) directly to Salesforce as attachments, ensuring every conversation detail is preserved (Meeting Transcript Syncarrow-up-right).

  • Email Thread Sync Mode: A new “Identify & Follow” sync capability. Once a user manually logs a single email from a thread using a Yoxel add-in, the system will automatically sync all subsequent emails in that specific thread.

  • Collective Availability Sharing: From the Yoxel add-in, users can now share scheduling links that reflect the combined availability of multiple internal team members, making it effortless to coordinate multi-person discovery calls or demos.

Addons: Improvements

  • Scheduler Enhancements: The booking profiles (event types) UI now allows users to specify a “buffer time” between meetings to prevent back-to-back scheduling.

  • Follow-up Bot: Automated follow-up emails sent by the bot are now delivered in full HTML format for better branding and readability.

  • Open-Tracking: Significant performance and reliability improvements to the email open-tracking engine.

The Yoxel Sync package has been updated with two key new features:

  • Org-Level Reporting: New reports to help administrators and sales operations improve CRM data quality and identify missing follow-up emails.

  • Admin Sync Hub (beta): A new centralized dashboard for Salesforce administrators to manage organization-wide syncs, configure new integrations, and monitor sync health.

This update shifts the product focus from individual user syncs to providing organizational visibility and control.

This release introduces major improvements in user management and visibility tools for Yoxel admins and managers:

  • Updated User Management UI provides further details of a user sync status and captured data.

  • New "Yoxel Manager" tab allows "managers" (non-admin users) to access the User Management UI

  • Open-tracking sync support — syncing of open-tracking data from the add-ons is now available.

  • Log-email form customization allows customization of the log-email form.
