Activating Yoxel Sync from the add-on

Yoxel Sync licensed users can activate the Salesforce sync right from the add-on.

Simply navigate to the add-in’s ‘Sync’ tab and click ‘Authorize’.

Your sync is usually pre-configured by a Salesforce admin and you don’t have to configure anything. Start syncing by clicking the ‘Sync now’ button.

In the ‘Yoxel’ add-in, some emails, contacts and events may not sync successfully, and it’s important to pay attention to these items to ensure data accuracy.

Review these items in the add-in to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may affect your sync results.
