Yoxel Sync licensed users can activate the Salesforce sync right from the add-in.
Simply navigate to the add-in’s ‘Sync’ tab and click ‘Authorize’.
Your sync is usually pre-configured by a Salesforce admin and you don’t have to configure anything.
Start syncing by clicking the ‘Sync now’ button.
To see all your sync configuration details, log in to your Salesforce account and navigate to the ‘Yoxel Sync’ tab.

In the ‘Yoxel’ add-in, some emails, contacts and events may not sync successfully, and it’s important to pay attention to these items to ensure data accuracy.
Review these items in the add-in to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may affect your sync results.
