If you're using Yoxel Sync for automatic email logging you'll be assisted in identifying conversations that you actively participate in but whose recipients are not your Salesforce CRM contacts yet. In many cases you'll see that those are real opportunities that should be tracked in Salesforce.

Yoxel Sync tries to automatically find matching CRM contacts for your active email conversations but sometimes no matching contact or lead is found. Yoxel Sync will tag all such email threads in Gmail and Office365 for you so that you could easily find and examine them.

1. In Gmail examine the 'YoxelResolve' label/folder.

2. In Office365 web client search for 'Category:YoxelResolve'

3. In Outlook (desktop) apply the Category 'YoxelResolve' filter
